Are there shots required by law for cats to get in Arkansas, and if so, which ones? I’m NOT asking which shots are GOOD to get.
wow, thats very interesting. the reason I was asking was because I asked the vet the other day to only give the shots that were legally required. and out of the four he gave, none of them were rabies. I’m never taking my animals to him again!

I was about to go see my friend because we had got into it on facebook because I have a girlfriend and the other girl thought we had something so when I arrived at her house her mama showed up and I just left without any problems and apologized but her mama followed me and called the police

If on probation in arkansas. and cross the state line into Loiusiana and arrested there. Bond is set at $ 7000.00. If Arkansas wants you for probation violation. Will they come and get you? I heard that Arkansas doesn’t have expedite laws. It is only a few states that do not have it. I really need to know.

What GPA range should I have if I want to try to get into a law school like the University of Arkansas or LSU? I’m just a freshman, so I haven’t taken the LSAT, but I do really well on tests. I go to Southern Arkansas University which is a very average public school. I’m not thinking Yale, but I would like the option of law school down the road.

We just got this truck a week ago Have not even paid a payment on it my son was coming home from work last night and it Quit a mile from home. He was driving and he said the Oil Gauge went goofy it went like it was to full then it bottomed out and the truck died.He checked the oil it’s fine. Checked all the fluids they are where they are supposed to be. He just filled the gas tank. So it has fuel. They got it to start after it sat about 20 minutes but now this morning it will not even turn over. It just sits there. It is a 1998 Chevy S10 5 speed 4 cylinder. Yes I know it’s a Chevy and we would all rather drive a Ford in My family But Still I am serious here. He works 70 mile from home and he is the only one of us going that way. So someone else has to give up their vehicle for him to have a way to work. The car Lot BEING CAR-HOP has a warranty of 18 months or 18000 mile but if we pay for Diagnostic testing we can NOT pay the truck payment of 321 a month. And if we pay the payment we can not pay for the Diagnostic testing So it’s one or the other.

Hello, I posted this in another topic but I was going to check here as well. I received a moving violation about 5 years ago. I paid the ticket off and forgot about it until just recently. I received a summons to court for failure to pay. I got the ticket in a small southern town. I had to take off and appear in the court. Because of the time since I received the ciatation, I no longer had proof that I paid the ticket. I had to set up a fine agreement in order to take care of the ticket plus court cost. What I do not understand is that I had to talk to a probation officer that was present in court. I was placed on probation and have to meet with this woman once a month, show her proof of my payment, and also give her $ 35 dollars a month until the fine is paid off. I have never done anything to the extent that would warrant supervised probation. Yes, I have gotten minor tickets when I was a teen and in my early 20′s but not since, excluding the traffic violation 5 years ago. Is it legal for them to place me on supervised probation because they lost my information and I had to pay the same ticket twice? Should I have to pay someone $ 35 a month because the town could not keep their records in order? Or, is this just another way for the town to bring in extra money? It would be different if I were a sex offender, drug dealer, drug user, had gotten a DWI, or committed some kind of violent act but I get supervised probation because they loss my records. I am sorry to rant but I have been wronged by this department and I have no proof to show otherwise but feel that they should have been able to show that I had already paid the ticket. Has anyone ever heard of supervised probation for a ( suppossed ) unpaid fine? I know that many courts put someone on probation and overlook the fine. If they mess up, they fine comes back. I did not have this option. I was told that I was on probation for the duration of the fine agreement plus I had to pay the fine. If I paid the fine off early, which I intend to do, then the supervised probation ends when it is paid off. The problem is that I have to take off work, once a month, drive three hours and meet the probation officer. Because of family and bills, it is going to take me several months to pay the fine off plus give her an extra $ 35 dollars per month on top of that. I appreciate any information in helping me understand the probation.
No, I paid the ticket in cash. I argued my case for several minutes but it did me no good.

If a person is out of jail on parole after a plea bargain involving a guilty plea to sexual assault, and the person on bail is a registered sex offender, how does parole work? Is another person usually required to act and the parolee’s “guardian”? If the parolee violates terms of parole (moves without checking with the parole officer first, for example) can the guardian person be held responsible?

I just like exercising every right I have….The situation in mind for the question is: Just walking down the street and a cop stops me to “talk”, no arrest, no detention, no investigation. I know I don’t have to talk to them but they usualy say “Let me see you I.D.”
